Pre-Renovation Network Design by AITS – Professional-Grade Structured Cabling Ready for Future Smart Home Integration

AITS was commissioned to plan and install a complete home network system prior to a full renovation of a private residence located in the Vibhavadi area. Our goal was to ensure that all structured cabling and data infrastructure were ready to support future installations of Wi-Fi systems, CCTV, Smart TVs, and full Smart Home ecosystems — all seamlessly integrated and hidden within the home.

Smart Network Planning for Residential Projects – Done the Professional Way

1. On-Site Assessment and Future-Ready Network Layout

  • Our team conducted a full site survey to plan the optimal locations for Access Points, switches, LAN outlets, and other key infrastructure points
  • We took into account the client’s real usage needs, with a focus on high-demand zones such as home offices, home theaters, and online learning spaces

2. Structured LAN and CCTV Cabling Installation

  • We used 100% pure copper CAT6 cabling, capable of supporting Gigabit speeds and future bandwidth upgrades
  • All wiring was routed inside walls and ceilings using conduits, with professional-grade cable labeling at every termination point for easy maintenance and upgrades

3. Scalable Smart Infrastructure for Future Expansion

  • We deployed a Structured Cabling System (SCS) to support future Smart Home devices, CCTV, AV systems, Access Control, and IoT integrations
  • The entire system was designed with future scalability in mind, allowing the homeowner to upgrade or expand without needing to break or reopen walls after renovation

Why Pre-Renovation Network Installation Makes Sense

  • Avoid damage from post-renovation drilling or patchwork
  • Achieve a clean, fully concealed system for better aesthetics
  • Enable Smart Devices from day one — no rewiring needed
  • Minimize costs by preventing duplicate work after move-in
