The customer’s requirements
The customer wanted CCTV to form part of the exhibition experience for visitors, with the following requirements:
- Install3 cameras
- Show footage on6 displays
- Each camera’s display output must be independently configurable
- Each camera must appear on 2 displays simultaneously
- Every camera must supportrecording for later playbackthroughout the event
- The system must remain stable during continuous operation throughout the event
This required a purpose-designed video distribution and recording system rather than a standard camera rental installation.

- Designed camera output for all 6 displays
- Used HDMI distribution and video management equipment to route footage as required
- Installed an NVR to store recordings for later playback
- Planned signal and power cabling around the event space
- Tested the system before the event to confirm continuous operation
