When a customer requests something unnecessary: why good advice goes beyond following instructions

Many customers
arrive with clear requests, such as:

  • “I want four more cameras.”
  • “I want another access point for stronger Wi-Fi.”
  • “I want to replace everything and finish the problem.”

AITS responds
