Outdoor LAN cabling and parking-area network installation project

1 March 2026

By AITSCCTV (AITS Network & Smart Security)

This project involvedoutdoor LAN cablingfor CCTV and networking in a parking area, emphasizing durability, safety, and suitability for outdoor conditions.

AITSCCTV handled cable preparation, LAN termination, and signal testing.

Standards-based outdoor LAN cabling

Unlike indoor work, outdoor installations must withstand:

Sunlight, rain, and moisture
Changing temperatures
Tension and vibration risks

AITSCCTV therefore used:

✔ Outdoor-grade LAN cable
✔ Correct RJ45 termination using T568B wiring
✔ Sealed connections and moisture protection
✔ Careful twisted-pair inspection
✔ Signal testing before handover

Professional technicians carried out every step to support stable connections.

Supporting CCTV and high-speed networking

This outdoor cabling supports:

Parking-area CCTV
Entrance and exit access control
IoT device networking
Future license plate recognition (LPR)

Choosing suitable cables and installation methods helps reduce packet loss and signal problems over time.

Benefits of AITSCCTV installation

Cable routes planned before installation
Equipment selected for the environment
Neat, strong, durable workmanship
System testing before handover
Support for future expansion

AITSCCTV considers the performance of the entire network rather than cable installation alone.

If you need
